All craft course levels are for one academic year and the rest are for two academic years. Syllabuses to courses available and all programmes are terminal at the end of the specified period and leads to Certification.
The department also conduct consultancies from GAMWORKS such as the training of both skilled an unskilled workers in order to upgrade the Construction Industry. Such consultancy jobs are normally channelled through Management who them informs the department to draw up a programme.
